Multi-phase forex firm with 17 crypto CFDs from $9, fixed floors, and crypto closed to new trades at weekends
Static drawdown on every plan and USDT payouts, but thin outside evidence that payouts arrive
Crypto-only challenges from $44 by the Maven Trading team, held back by capped, slow withdrawals

Among one-step crypto prop firms, Kraken Prop and Breakout are the cheapest at $80 per $10,000 of funding (fee plus one retry), Klein Funding and E8 Markets ask the lowest target at 6%, and Propr lets you withdraw with no waiting period after you pass. Every one of the 27 active firms we checked in October 2026 sells a single-phase challenge, so this page is about choosing the right plan rather than finding one.
What a one-step challenge is
A one-step challenge is a single evaluation phase with one profit target; hit it without breaching the drawdown limits and you get a funded account. Two-step plans ask for two targets in sequence, and instant funding skips the evaluation entirely (see our instant funding list).
The single phase usually costs more and gives less room than the same firm's two-step. Velotrade shows it clearly: its Classic 1-Step costs $127 for $10,000 with a 10% target, 4% daily and 7% maximum drawdown, while the Classic 2-Step costs $100 for 10% then 5%, with 5% daily and 10% maximum. You pay $27 more to skip a phase and give up three points of room.
Price the retry, not the sticker. Our cost-per-$10K figure doubles the fee, because a failed phase is bought again at list price everywhere.
Cheapest one-step crypto prop firms per $10K
| Firm and plan | Target | Daily / max (type) | Cost per $10K | First payout |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kraken Prop Advanced | 9% | 3% / 3% static | $80 | On demand from $50 |
| Breakout Turbo | 9% | 3% / 3% static | $80 | On demand from $50 |
| Propr Turbo | 9% | 3% / 3% static | $100 | On demand from $20, no wait |
| E8 Pro Perpetual | 6% | 2.5% / 6% static | $118 | Daily from 1% profit |
| SizeProp Degen | 8% | 2% / 3% static | $122 | On request, no wait |
| Klein Funding Cleo Flex | 9% | 3% / 3% trailing | $131 | On demand |
| Velotrade PRO | 10% | 3% / 3% static | $148 | 14 days + 5 qualifying days |
| FundingPips 1 Step Flex | 12% | 2% / 12% fixed | $154 | Master-account rules |
At the other end, Bitfunded and PropW charge $149 for a $10,000 single phase ($298 with a retry). Most firms sit between $79 and $129.
Reading the four numbers together
Target versus floor. The cheap plans hide a tough ratio. A 9% target inside a 3% floor (Kraken Prop Advanced, Breakout Turbo, Propr Turbo) means you must make three times what you can afford to lose. The best ratio is 1:1, offered by Klein Funding's Bybit One Step and E8 Pro (6% over 6%), FTMO (10% over 10%) and FundingPips 1 Step Flex (12% over 12%).
Floor type. Klein Funding Cleo Flex, FTMO, Crypto Fund Trader, AquaFunded, BrightFunded, Fundedbit, Funded Trader Markets and Dolvero trail the one-step floor in some form. Our trailing vs static drawdown guide explains the difference, and the static drawdown list collects firms that never trail.
Hidden caps. E8 Pro counts only 2% of profit per day, so its 6% target takes at least three days. SizeProp's 2% daily limit, reset at 20:00 UTC, is the narrowest here.
Funded-side waits. Velotrade wants five qualifying days before the first payout; Fundedbit waits 21 days; Crypto Fund Trader 15 traded days. Propr and SizeProp pay with no waiting period.
Checklist
- Divide the target by the maximum drawdown and aim for close to 1:1 if you can afford it.
- Confirm the floor is static on the plan you buy.
- Look for consistency rules: HyroTrader caps a day at 40% of the target in evaluation; Fundedbit, PropW and FTMO cap the best day at 40β50%; FundingPips' Master account uses 35% on its On Demand cycle.
- Check how soon and how often the funded account pays.
- Compare cost per $10K including one retry.
Which one-step plan fits whom
If you are price-sensitive and trade with tight stops, Breakout or Kraken Prop at $80 per $10K is hard to beat, and neither has a consistency rule. If you want room to breathe, Klein Funding's Bybit One Step (6% target over a static 6%) or E8 Pro are kinder, though E8's daily cap slows you down. If quick access to profit matters most, Propr's no-wait USDC payouts stand out. Before buying, read the Breakout review, the Kraken Prop review and the Propr review, and work through our challenge passing guide.
Frequently asked questions
Which one-step crypto challenge is cheapest?
Kraken Prop Advanced and Breakout Turbo, at $40 for $10,000, or $80 per $10K including one retry.
Which one-step plan has the lowest profit target?
Klein Funding's Bybit One Step and E8 Pro, both at 6% with a 6% static floor.
Is a one-step challenge harder than a two-step?

Propr and SizeProp pay on request with no wait; Breakout and Kraken Prop pay on demand once you have $50 of net profit.
