To contact CryptoPropFirms, email hello@cryptopropfirms.io. The same inbox handles reports of wrong values, evidence from firms about their own rules, and general questions about the site. We aim to reply within 2β3 business days, and a member of the team writes each answer personally. There is no chat bot.
You can also find us on X at @cryptopropfirms, though email is the best route for anything that needs a record.
How to contact CryptoPropFirms about a wrong value
Tell us three things so we can check it quickly:
| Include | Example |
|---|---|
| The firm | Breakout |
| The value you think is wrong | Daily limit on the Classic plan |
| The firm's page that shows the correct value | A link to the firm's rules page or terms |
We compare your evidence with the firm's current published terms. The fix, if one is needed, is made and shown under our corrections policy.
If you represent a firm
Use the same address. Name the rule, price or payout term on our site that is wrong or outdated, and send a link to the page on your website where the right figure is published.
If it is published on your site, our record follows it. If no public page supports the request, our figure stays put and we add a dated line saying the firm disagrees.
Firms cannot pay for edits, including firms we have an affiliate agreement with. See our affiliate disclosure for how that relationship works.
What happens after you write
- The Research Desk opens the firm page you linked and compares it with the saved copy behind our current value.
- The Risk Desk re-reads both and confirms whether our figure, the firm's page, or neither has changed.
- If our record was wrong, the value is fixed and logged as a correction. If the firm changed its terms, the update is logged as a rule change.
- You get a reply saying what we did and why, usually with a link to the updated page.
Messages that arrive without a source still get read, and we will re-check the field on our next pass of that firm, but a linked page is the fastest way to a fix.
Before you write
Many questions are answered elsewhere on the site. How we gather and re-check values is in our methodology. Recent firm rule changes are in the changes log. For questions about a specific firm, its review in the crypto prop firm reviews section is the best starting point.
We cannot give personal trading or investment advice, help with a dispute between you and a firm, or recover funds.
