Bybit Crypto Prop Firms: Six Firms Ranked by Connection
Six firms we track connect to Bybit in some way, but the link ranges from a full API connection to a simple price feed. Here is how to tell them apart.
Crypto-only firm on Bybit demo accounts with 700+ pairs at 1:30, but a 21-day wait for the first payout
Swiss-run firm with 715 crypto pairs across MT5, Match-Trader and a Bybit venue
Instant, one-step, two-step and Nitro accounts on Bybit or Cleo, with a Funded Score gating every payout
Cheap Bybit and Cleo plans with a split you pick, but three floor types and a Stability Score to watch
Bybit Demo challenges with a full fee refund, but a 2% per-trade cap and 7-day inactivity rule
If you want to trade a funded account on Bybit, start with HyroTrader. Of the six Bybit crypto prop firms we found among the 27 active firms we track, it has the deepest link: you trade your own Bybit demo account through HyroTrader's API, with orders placed on Bybit's own interface and a static daily limit of 3% to 5%. Klein Funding comes second, connecting a demo-trading sub-account of your Bybit account with a read-write API key. Crypto Fund Trader is third, offering Bybit as one of three platforms across 715 crypto pairs.
One fact applies to all six: none of them puts real money behind the account. Every firm on this list calls its funded balance simulated, demo or virtual in its own terms. The Bybit connection changes where your orders are priced and shown, not whose capital is at risk.
How we rank Bybit crypto prop firms
We sort by how deep the Bybit connection goes first and by total cost second. Five connection types exist, from deepest to shallowest:
- A Bybit demo account traded through the firm's API. Your orders appear on Bybit's interface at Bybit's per-pair leverage. HyroTrader works this way.
- A demo sub-account of your own Bybit account. The firm links it with an API key and tracks it. Klein Funding works this way.
- A Bybit demo account the firm reads or mirrors. Fundedbit and Dolvero (read-only key) fall here.
- Bybit as one platform among several. Crypto Fund Trader lists it next to MT5 and Match-Trader.
- Bybit as a price source. Mubite uses Bybit prices and depth on its Bybit accounts and live Binance data on Cleo.
| Firm | Connection type | Entry price | Bybit-specific rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| HyroTrader | 1: demo account via API | $59 ($5K 2-step) | Static 3-5% daily limit |
| Klein Funding | 2: demo sub-account, read-write key | $35.63 ($5K Cleo Flex) | Trades must stay open 50 seconds |
| Fundedbit | 3: Bybit demo account | $55 ($5K 2-step) | 21-day wait for first payout |
| Dolvero | 3: own demo account, read-only key | $99 ($10K 2-step) | 2% loss cap per trade idea |
| Crypto Fund Trader | 4: one platform of three | $40 ($5K 1-Phase) | Native Bybit fees, no markup |
| Mubite | 5: Bybit price feed | $44 ($625 instant) | 3% of equity per-trade cap |
A Bybit connection tells you where the price comes from. It never tells you the money is real. Read the firm's terms for the words "simulated" or "demo" before you assume otherwise.
What to check before you buy
Run through these six points on the plan you intend to buy:
- Account type. Is it a demo account traded through the firm's API, a sub-account you own, or just a price feed? These behave differently in practice.
- API permissions. Dolvero's key is read-only. Klein Funding's has full read-write permissions on a demo sub-account. Crypto Fund Trader forbids you from changing the API at all.
- Your Bybit region. Bybit's own country rules sit on top of the firm's. If Bybit is closed to you, HyroTrader's in-house platform or Crypto Fund Trader's Match-Trader option avoids the problem.
- Fees. Crypto Fund Trader passes on Bybit's maker and taker fees with no markup on its Bybit venue and charges 0.0325% per side on MT5 and Match-Trader.
- Trade restrictions. Klein Funding requires a 50-second minimum hold and bans bots, EAs and copy trading. Crypto Fund Trader bars spot trading, extra deposits into the sub-account and non-USDT pairs.
- Consistency rules. Klein Funding's Stability Score caps your best day below 45% of total profit on 2-phase and 30% on 1-phase. Dolvero runs a 15% rule that gates promotion. See how consistency rules work.
Trade-offs between the leaders
HyroTrader gives the most authentic Bybit experience and a static drawdown, plus fast payouts with a Solana transaction ID on each one. The cost is a higher entry price ($59) and a per-request payout cap of 5% of the initial balance. Read the HyroTrader review.
Klein Funding is cheapest at $35.63 and its split can climb to 100%, but the Stability Score and the 50-second hold rule will catch scalpers. Its KYC clause also lets it ask for verification at any stage. See the Klein Funding review.
Crypto Fund Trader gives the most flexibility: three platforms, 715 pairs and transparent fees. The trade-off is slower payouts, after 15 traded days or 30 calendar days, and MT5 is not available to US residents. Full details are in the Crypto Fund Trader review.
Fundedbit publishes every rule but makes you wait 21 days for a first payout and does not accept US residents. Dolvero has a public payout ledger with an average of 2.1 hours per payout across 292 published payouts, but its 2% per-position cap ends the account on the first breach. Mubite refunds its 2-step fee with the first profit split, though its 3% per-trade cap limits position size.
Firms that use no exchange at all
Most crypto prop firms do not connect to an exchange. Breakout and Kraken Prop run their own terminal, and firms such as SizeProp, Velotrade and Bitfunded use in-house platforms. Multi-asset firms like FTMO trade crypto CFDs on a broker feed. HyperPNL and Propr price trades from Hyperliquid instead, which we cover on the on-chain crypto prop firms page.
If the exchange matters less to you than price or payouts, compare the full ranking of best crypto prop firms, and read whether prop firm capital is ever real before you buy.
Frequently asked questions
Which crypto prop firm has the deepest Bybit connection?
HyroTrader. You trade your own Bybit demo account through the firm's API, so orders appear on Bybit's interface at Bybit's per-pair leverage, under a static 3% to 5% daily limit.
Is a Bybit prop firm account funded with real money?
No. All six Bybit-connected firms we track describe their accounts as simulated, demo or virtual. The connection decides where prices come from, not whose capital is at risk.
What is the cheapest Bybit prop firm?
Klein Funding starts at $35.63 for a $5,000 Cleo Flex at its displayed price. Crypto Fund Trader starts at $40 for a $5,000 1-Phase with Bybit as a platform option.
Can I use a Bybit prop firm if Bybit is not available in my country?
Bybit's regional rules apply on top of the firm's. HyroTrader's own platform and Crypto Fund Trader's Match-Trader option let you trade without a Bybit account.
