HyroTrader Alternatives: 6 Firms Without the 40% Consistency Rule
Traders usually leave HyroTrader over its 40% evaluation consistency rule or its 5% cap on each payout request. All six firms here drop the first; five drop the second.
Kraken-owned firm with two equity limits, $20 entry and on-demand USDC payouts
Hyperliquid perps from $25, no consistency rule, and 80% paid in USDC on chain with a public hash
Breakout's 1-step plans sold inside Kraken Pro from $20, paid to your Kraken wallet within 24 hours
Cheap, US-friendly perps priced off Hyperliquid, held back by 1:2 altcoin leverage and partner-only payouts
Long-running forex firm with cheap programs, but only BTC and ETH CFDs and low crypto leverage
The best HyroTrader alternatives are Breakout, Crypto Fund Trader and Velotrade. Breakout removes the consistency rule, the minimum days and any published payout cap, starting at $20. Crypto Fund Trader has no consistency rule outside its Break accounts and no minimum days, from $40. Velotrade has no consistency rule on any plan and keeps a static floor, also from $40. HyperPNL, SizeProp and Propr cover narrower needs.
Before you switch, know what you would give up. HyroTrader runs on your own Bybit or BloFin demo account, refunds the fee with your first payout and pays within 24 hours. None of the six alternatives refunds the fee. Our HyroTrader review has the full rulebook.
Why traders look for HyroTrader alternatives
All of these come from HyroTrader's own published terms:
- Consistency rule in the evaluation. No day can count for more than 40% of the profit target (no trade over 50% on Zero-Step). On a $500 target, a $320 day only counts $200.
- 5% cap per payout request. Each request is limited to 5% of the initial balance, and profit above it is not paid. On a $10,000 account that is $500 per request before the split.
- Minimum days. Five per phase on One- and Two-Step; only the non-refundable Zero-Step passes in a day.
- Funded exposure caps. Margin is capped at 25% of the initial balance and open notional at 2x, which limits how much of the 150x headline leverage you can use.
- Entry price. $59 for $5,000, against $20β$40 at several rivals.
- Fully simulated. HyroTrader states there is no real-capital stage; some rivals A-book certain trades.

Breakout
No consistency rule, no minimum days and no per-trade cap, with a 3% daily floor recalculated from the 00:30 UTC balance. Turbo costs $20 for $5,000 and $330 for $100,000. You lose the fee refund and HyroTrader's payout choice: Breakout pays only USDC on Ethereum. Full breakdown in HyroTrader vs Breakout.
Crypto Fund Trader
No consistency rule on standard plans and no minimum days. Its 2-Phase matches HyroTrader's 5% daily and 10% static floor. The $100,000 Break account starts at $199 upfront (but has its own 40% rule). The catches are a $10,000 cap on profit per day or trade and a first payout after 15 traded days. See HyroTrader vs Crypto Fund Trader.
HyperPNL
No consistency rule and no published payout maximum, with one request a day from your first funded day, paid in USDC by smart contract. It fills against Hyperliquid's order book, from $42. Accounts top out at $25,000, the split stays at 80%, and US and Canadian residents are excluded. See the HyperPNL review.
Velotrade
No consistency rule and a static floor on every plan, from $40. Its payout cap applies only to the first two payouts (20x the fee). You wait 14 days plus five qualifying days for the first payout, and most altcoins trade at 2x. See Velotrade vs HyroTrader.
SizeProp
No consistency rule, no payout maximum and a static floor that payouts do not move, from $32. The floor is narrow (3β3.5%), the daily limit is 2% from the 20:00 UTC balance, payouts are USDT on Ethereum only and BTC is capped at 5x. See the SizeProp review.
Propr
No consistency rule and no minimum days, with full-profit payouts on demand and optional Hyperliquid routing, from $25. Every payout sweeps all profit, the Turbo floor is 3%, and BTC is capped at 10x. See the Propr review.

When HyroTrader is still the better choice
Stay with HyroTrader if you want Bybit's own interface and leverage (only Crypto Fund Trader comes close, at 1:100), if you want the fee refunded with a payout inside 24 hours, or if you are a US resident who wants the firm to state plainly that you can join. Our Bybit prop firm list and no consistency rule list show the wider field, and the best crypto prop firms page ranks them all.
